Ares Lusitani STC, S.A. is a securitisation company incorporated under Portuguese law, with a share capital of 250.000€ and registered with the Commercial Registry Office of Lisbon under number 514 657 790.
Since its incorporation in 2018, Ares Lusitani has been authorised and supervised by the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM) to operate as a securitisation company (sociedade de titularização de créditos – “STC”). From our Lisbon and Oporto headquarters, we structure, manage, and oversee securitisation compartments designed to create value and transparency for originators and investors.
